Heard back from Disney!

I received a email back from Disney asking for a little more info from our recent trip. I sent them all they needed and they gave me a call. The representative was very nice. She said after looking into our situation a little further, she found many complaints and problems the day we were there at Magic Kingdom. For all our trouble, she is sending 5 free Disney tickets! WOW! I was not expecting that at all! They can be used at any park and do not expire till 2030! It pays sometimes to voice your opinion - just do it in a nice way :o)
